  About the Role

  Publishing Solutions vertical and consists of highly educated Subject Matter Experts in various fields of Science. All team members have studied their subject field up to Masters level and are well-informed of the developments in their field in Science. The team provides Manuscript & Editorial support services including - SNAPP, Transfer Desk Services, and Nature Editorial Services to name a few.

  The NRjs/NComms team handles manuscripts after peer review acceptance to conduct a) Reproducibility checks to ensure that the methods performed in the study have been reported in accordance with Nature’s policies, b) AIP checks which include formatting and subject matter checks.

  Roles Responsibilities:

  1.Searching for published research articles and DOIs with intriguing and innovative discoveries to produce clear and compelling content using GPT-4. Content such as ‘research highlights,' 'plain language summaries,' and 'news-style summaries' (50 words) will be shared with editors.
  2.Ensuring the scientific accuracy of the content generated by GPT-4 by cross-referencing it with the original research articles.
  3.Collaborating with the technology team to provide valuable feedback to enhance and optimize the output of GPT-4.
  4.Establishing strong relationships with Journal Editors to ensure seamless communication and content integration.
  5.Engaging with stakeholders and the Technology Team to gather suggestions and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.
  6.Incorporating feedback from Editors to refine and improve the quality of the generated content.

  Educational Qualification: Master’s in Physics.

  Years of Experience: 1+ years

  Place of Work: 1201/1301, Building No. 5 (R3), Gera Commerzone, Kharadi, Pune (Working in Hybrid Model)

  Day at work:

  • Each day starts with Subject Matter Experts fact-checking the content from GPT-4 and giving feedback.
  • We search for journals based on specific criteria provided by the journal.
  • We work together with the Technical Team for fact-check updates and tool feedback.
  • We maintain the data of the generated content.
  • We attend calls with the Technical Team, stakeholders, and Journal Editors.
  • We collaborate with Journal Editors to create Research Highlights content.
