      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Copyedit and proofread educational testing materials, ensuring adherence to style manuals
      - Collaborate with editors, production staff, and clients to maintain clarity and cohesion in documents
      - Participate in business development and proposal preparation efforts
      - Manage multiple editing requests under tight deadlines
      - Utilize Microsoft Word and "Track Changes" for document revisions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, or a related field
      - Minimum of 2–3 years of editing experience in a professional publishing environment
      - Exceptional command of the English language, including strong listening, writing, and oral communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, with experience using "Track Changes"
      - Familiarity with educational terminology and formats

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in editing a variety of documents, including technical reports and K–12 testing materials
      - Work experience with PowerPoint and Excel
      - Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat DC and layout software programs
      - Flexibility to work additional hours during peak times
