Job Description
- Req#: JREQ180390
- Assist local management with record keeping, managing contracts and correspondence
- Support Kyiv office with travel requirements, hotel reservations, accreditations
- Collect and prepare information required to process invoices, sort out supplier requests
- Organize and coordinate company and customer events
- Assist members of editorial team with translation of documents, interviews etc.,
- Keep staff rosters up to date
- Keep and update list of contacts with government, parliament, NGOs, foreign representative offices
- Cooperate with wider European Editorial Operations Team
- Liaise with other departments and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a highly complex ambiguous environment
- Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines, time management and attention to details
- Strong problem-solving, project management and collaboration skills
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English
- Advanced level experience in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
- Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision

Reuters are looking for an Editorial Operations Assistant based in Kyiv , Ukraine to manage our news support and operations function. In this role, you would play a key role in the management of international offices and will be part of a wider team across Europe. As an Editorial Operations Assistant, you will be involved in tasks ranging from planning and managing administrative processes and enabling our journalists to succeed, to organizing corporate events and cooperating with facility management, finance service and HR.
