What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create workflows and schedules for the Learning Design team and editors/freelancers
- Lead sprint planning and allocate resources for deliverables
- Utilize project management software for effective project coordination
- Coordinate communication of project timelines with cross-functional teams
- Identify resource needs and coordinate hiring of vendors, freelancers, and consultants
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of experience in project management or operations role
- Experience with priority setting, sprint planning, and project milestones
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and technology use

- Knowledge of K12 education publishing
