Your new team: Super Retail Group Customer Relation Management (CRM) Team partner with business stakeholders to plan and deliver exceptional customer experiences through digital communication to our loyalty database. This includes prioritising key elements throughout the EDM process to ensure our customers receive key communication at the right time and place. About the role: The EDM Coordinator is responsible for efficiently and effectively, creating, executing and reporting CRM direct marketing campaigns across the Group. This includes creating customer segmentation, campaigns and Electronic Direct Mail (EDM). Additionally, the CRM Coordinator will contribute to the overall customer experience by creating and deploying customer journeys to ensure the customer is at the forefront of direct marketing decisions. Day to day responsibilities will include: * Executing CRM campaigns in line with agreed brand marketing plans * Segmenting customer databases in line with campaign requirements and maintaining data accuracy * Ensuring that CRM customer data management complies with the SPAM Act, Privacy Act and Group Privacy Policy * Ensuring timely and accurate reporting is available to all brands About you: * You will be able to demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills with proven attention to detail * You enjoy making decisions based on analysing data and either have a demonstrated understanding of programming languages used in web-based services (HTML, CSS, SQL) or want to build your skill set in this area * Demonstrable experience in email marketing * Well-developed organisational and time management skills coupled with ability to multi-task * Solid Excel skills with the ability to work with large datasets Our Culture of Inclusion As an Equal Opportunity Employer, Super Retail Group strives to create an inclusive environment for all employees.
