      What you´ll do

      • Coordinate and execute logistics for in-person and virtual education events, including venue sourcing, travel arrangements, and material shipments
      • Collaborate with Education, Sales, and Marketing teams to align on event objectives and brand messaging.
      • Manage event timelines, budgets, and post-event reporting
      • Track competitive best practices in terms of education and events and provide recommendation for future activities
      • Support the development and scheduling of the annual education calendar
      • Maintain inventory of education tools, collateral, and product kits
      • Assist with event registration, attendee communication, and surveys
      • Ensure brand consistency and professionalism at every touchpoint
      • Support with different ad hoc business requests

      What makes you a good fit

      • Preferred 2+ years’ experience in a similar coordinator role
      • Proficient in Excel (intermediate level) and PowerPoint
      • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
      • Strong communication skills
      • Experience tracking department budgets preferred
      • Ability to commute to Culver City office three times per week

      The salary for this role is $70,000.00 - $85,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
