      What you'll be doing


      To provide instigation, co-ordination, evaluation and support to broad education and training related activities conducted through Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) Oral Health Network.
      This position forms part of the clinical and educational management team of the Education Unit at Westmead Centre for Oral Health. This unit is concerned with many educational activities including but not limited to; continuing professional development, dental education and training, involving around 400 oral health employees of the oral health network of WSLHD, as well as students of the University of Sydney faculty of Dentistry, the dental profession and public at large.

      Selection Criteria

      1. Experience in education and training
      2. High level knowledge surrounding Dental Assistant certificate III training package
      3. Expertise in educational program development, implementation and evaluation
      4. Extensive clinical public dental and/or health related experience and knowledge
      5. Proven ability in liaising with department heads across various oral health disciplines and clinics
      6. TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or working towards this qualification
