      Keystone Human Services is currently seeking an Education Consultant to join our team of professionals in making a positive difference in the lives of individuals and the community. This hybrid position.

      The Education Consultant trains and educates staff to become successful and effective members of the team. This position is the primary contact for employees regarding education and will coordinate, implement, and document all employee educational programs within their assigned service area.

      The Work –
      • Develops, maintains, and distributes a course listing of educational opportunities, including opportunities within and outside the organization.
      • Collaborates with team to identify educational needs, develop educational programs, and evaluate program effectiveness.
      • Coordinates, schedules, and presents educational material and trainings as necessary, including new employee orientation.
      • Organizes, documents, and maintains all provisions of educational programs (i.e., equipment, locations, sign-in sheets, evaluation forms and instructional materials).
      • Prepares and distributes educational aids such as instructional materials, handouts, evaluation forms and visual aids.
      • Participates in conferences, workshops, and seminars on a regular basis to increase knowledge base.
      • Maintains licensures and certificates in designated areas of expertise as well as required.
      • Ensures quality educational experiences and employee satisfaction.
      • Tracks and maintains all training documentation and supplies.
      • Oversees and maintains employee education records and files and ensures that all data entry is current within designated timeframes.
      • Issues education reports and records as necessary.
      • Processes and submits education records and registrations to all external providers as required.
      • Distributes education certificates as applicable.
      • Maintains a thorough knowledge of all personnel, division, organization and regulatory policies and procedures facilitates staff meetings and supervision sessions as necessary and requested.

      The Requirements –
      • High School Diploma or equivalent and three years of related experience in the adult education field OR Associate’s degree and two years of related experience in the adult education field
      • Possess a broad knowledge of the human services field in areas such as developmental disabilities, licensing regulations, business administration and personnel management
      • Ability to communicate both orally and in writing and to be able to read, interpret and apply written information
      • Ability to learn and apply intermediate computer skills
      • Ability to successfully complete required Medication Administration, First Aid and CPR certifications and other trainings mandated by regulation within specified timeframes
      • Valid driver’s license and, depending on work location, may be required to have daily access to privately maintained and insured vehicle
