What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and deliver innovative education programs aligned with the employer's mission
- Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate events and educational initiatives
- Engage students through hands-on activities and provide ongoing support throughout their health career journey
- Facilitate recruitment for programs targeting underrepresented groups in health professions
- Collect and track data to document program success and maintain budget expenses
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Health Sciences, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience coordinating education programs
- Valid driver’s license
- Effective telecommunication skills
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in a related field
- Experience in developing and coordinating educational programs and mentoring students
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience with virtual learning technology
- Strong communication and public speaking skills
