      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate departmental seminars, educational events, and training sessions, including logistics and communication with speakers
      - Support instructors by preparing documents, coordinating schedules, and assisting with course organization
      - Manage procurement of laboratory supplies and equipment, including preparing purchase orders
      - Maintain and update departmental websites and newsletters, as well as student and alumni databases
      - Provide general administrative support, including mail distribution, phone coverage, and visitor assistance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in education, computing, or a related field
      - Minimum of three (3) years of experience coordinating education programs
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a diverse community
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
      - Ability to organize resources and establish priorities effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in program planning and implementation
      - Familiarity with general office procedures and protocols
      - Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and services relevant to educational programs
      - Strong skills in document processing and maintaining faculty calendars
      - Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
