We are seeking an Education Director to join our team in our East Freedom, PA location.

Salary: up to $70,000 DOE

The Education Director is the operational leader of the school and will ensure program regulations and best practices are implemented, managed and maintained . This role will be responsible to provide ongoing administrative , educational, and clinical program direction in development, program evaluation, and program planning . This position will be responsible for maintaining all educational state mandates as outlined for licensure.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for endorsing Merakey Core Values throughout daily program operations

• Oversees the profit and loss for program(s)

• Manages daily operation of program(s)

• Ensur es contractual requirements and Merakey policies, procedures and best p ractices are met

• Implements policies/procedures as directed

• Ensure compliance to state, local, federal, and contract requirements as well as requirements from state education agencies and payors

• Build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships, both internal and external

• Responsible for fidelity of educational and clinical components of program

• Maintains HIPAA and FERPA guidelines in all aspects of work environment
