What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree with 4-7 years of experience in education policy, economics, or related social science field, or a Ph.D./Ed.D.
- Knowledge or experience analyzing primary and administrative fiscal data within education finance research
- Demonstrated experience in collecting and analyzing various educational data, particularly fiscal data
- Expertise in advanced statistical methods, including regression models and program evaluation design
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in statistical applications such as Stata or R, with a willingness to learn new tools
- Effective communication skills for collaboration in a virtual environment
