- Responsible for managing educational Distributor brand activities and overseeing the Independent Contractors within a designated geographic area to achieve business goals and objectives of HCB-HP Canada.
- Manage Independent Contractors across Canada including onboarding, mentoring, developing, and calendar/territory planning
- Setting performance targets, monitoring progress, and conducting regular evaluations to ensure team members meet or exceed goals
- Develop and ensure that Independent Contractors are well versed on HCB-HP brands and deliver a consistent level of education and customer service
- Reviewing and approving all Independent Contractor calendar activities in the regions
- Conduct in-salon/virtual education for key business and promotion of all HCB-HP brands while maintaining customer relationships
- Maintain Distributor relationships in the territory including developing and executing Distributor Plans, attending Distributor Reviews, and growing the overall Distributor business
- Development and execution of annual education plans per Distributors in their markets, including class calendars, innovation launches, product focuses and NCA activities.
- Analyze education trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats in the territory
- Preparing and presenting reports on educational program outcomes and other key metrics to management.
- Conduct virtual and in-person trainings and meetings with Independent Contractors
- Ensure that Distributor Sales Consultants/Store staff are properly versed on all relevant Henkel Consumer Brands – Hair Professional brands
- Facilitate virtual and in-person Sales Meetings for Distributors
- Valid Hairdressing License
- Minimum 10 years hairdressing experience
- Minimum 5 years of industry education experience
- Candidate must be Bi-lingual (French & English)
- People management experience with strong leadership skills
- Employees must maintain a valid current driver’s license.
