      Job title: Education & Graduate Practitioner

      Location: Brough. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

      Salary: £41,868 - £45,262 Depending on experience

      What you’ll be doing:

      • The role has responsibility to support and co-ordinate the Education Services and Graduate/Undergraduate Programmes at our Brough site, ensuring alignment with the strategy from the Education Services and Graduate/Undergraduate Leads.
      • Support and co-ordinate the delivery of local Education activities both internally and externally, ensuring effective utilisation of the Air STEM Ambassador Network at Brough and the surrounding areas, and ensure alignment to the UK strategy to ensure service delivery is optimised in line with intended outcomes.
      • Provide effective co-ordination and support to ensure the delivery of an engaging and inspiring education services offering, which helps to attract a diverse pipeline of talent into the business.
      • Work closely with recruitment and Air Graduate/Undergraduate Capability Lead to keep up to date with offers, including any restrictions or changes in demand etc. This often includes liaising with functional leads.
      • Support Graduate/Undergraduates whilst on the scheme at our Brough site (regular interaction, attending presentations for undergraduates, End Point Reviews, dealing with any role/personal issues)

      Your skills and experiences:

      Essential:

      • Highly effective communicator, that can influence others and operationalise strategic objectives.
      • Highly motivated professional with experience of delivering excellence, with ability to prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment.
      • Committed to learning and continuous improvement.
      • Highly proficient in using a range of I.T. programmes to input, analyse and present data.

      Desirable:

      • Project management or business admin experience
