      Serves as Education Program Coordinator for the Ohio State University Suicide Prevention Program (OSUSPP); works closely with the Assistant Director to manage all day-to-day education programmatic activities related to REACH Trainings and ReachOut Sessions along with other educational programs; coordinates all administrative duties and establishes protocols related to main and regional campus student, staff, and faculty REACH Training and ReachOut Session requests and registrations; reserves space for education programs as needed; manages online learning system for ReachOut Sessions and other educational programs; tracks training supplies and materials; facilitates REACH Trainings and ReachOut Sessions as assigned; helps to implement and staff a variety of campus outreach and advocacy events throughout the year; collaborates with Asst Director for advertising content for program social media platforms and website; assists with editing content for REACH Trainings and ReachOut Sessions; recruits a diverse trainer pool; helps to organize trainer meetings and recognition events, provides support to Regional REACH Coordinators as needed; collects annual participant survey data and compiles data reports for all trainings and sessions; provides support to student leadership groups, helps train and support student program assistants, interns, and other student volunteers; some evening hours may be requested. Other duties as assigned.

      Manages online learning system for ReachOut Sessions and other educational programs. Facilitates REACH Trainings and ReachOut Sessions as assigned.       Tracks training supplies and materials. Collaborates with Asst Director for advertising content for program social media platforms and website.

      Provides support to student leadership groups, helps train and support student program assistants, interns, and other student volunteers. Other duties as assigned.

      Required Experience: Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills. Good organizational skills. Experience providing administrative support to a broad base of internal customers. Ability to work as part of a team. Training facilitation experience needed. Ability to train & supervise students. Experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications.

      Desired Experience:

      Experience working in a higher education setting, preferably working with students. Experience with event planning.

      The Target Hiring Salary Range for this position is $17.74 - $23.65
