- Support the development of this program
- Assist in monitoring grants and data collection
- Assist individual in navigating the various licensure pathways
- Respond to inquiries from the field
- Review and approve plans
- Provide technical support to districts/schools
- Collaborate with other DEW offices aligning the work
- Provide presentations when needed
- Support the I educate Ohio initiative with a focus on branding, recognition, and diversifying the workforce
- Networking with key associations to share and align initiatives
- Develop and deliver presentations
