      Employment Type: Full-time permanent role

      Pay: $42.08 - $42.92 + $2.25 (Educational Leader Allowance) per hour

      As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

      About Goodstart Dubbo – Baird Drive:

      We have a friendly supportive team onsite, long-standing staff with 3 who have 15+ years’ experience with Goodstart. There are growth opportunities as a professional through trainings and connections with peer Goodstarters, we are located on a local bus route and have a small shopping complex close by, as well as local schools and housing estates.

      We have a diverse team and many long-standing families who are engaged and supportive within the centre.

      Our team really values teamwork and encourages everyone to work together and support each other. We value doing our job professionally and giving the children high quality outcomes, while also being able to have a laugh, have morning teas and luncheons to look after each other’s wellbeing. We also want a person who shows initiative and is able to work independently when required.

      You’ll need:

      • Diploma qualification in Early Childhood
      • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
      • Current NSW Working with Children Check

      If you have previous experience leading change in education and have either a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education), a Diploma qualification or ACECQA approved equivalent, then we’d love to talk to you about which of our amazing opportunities would be the best fit for you.
