      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the preparation and submission of the California Pay Data Report in compliance with state EEO reporting requirements
      - Manage and track a large volume of email correspondence and documentation with external vendors
      - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all vendor communications, report submissions, and follow-up actions
      - Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Legal, People, and Procurement) to collect and verify required information
      - Monitor deadlines and ensure timely responses from vendors to maintain reporting compliance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience in compliance, HR operations, reporting coordination, or administrative project support
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
      - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other tracking or data management tools
      - Experience working with vendors or in a large corporate environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with compliance reporting or EEO regulations
      - Familiarity with project management tools or software
      - Background in human resources or related fields
      - Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving
