      Job Description:

      Implementation Specialist Responsibilities:
      - Manage projects for new and existing clients
      - Collaborate with clients to understand objectives and set realistic expectations
      - Develop and manage project plans to ensure successful implementation
      - Guide and support clients throughout the project, resolving issues and delivering desired outcomes
      - Maintain a high level of client satisfaction

      Key Responsibilities:
      - Conduct kick-off meetings with new clients to establish project expectations and create implementation plans
      - Monitor and manage project implementation in accordance with contract agreement
      - Organize regular client and internal project team meetings to review project activities and establish deadlines
      - Proactively manage project progress and anticipate potential issues
      - Provide excellent service to clients by managing expectations and being responsive to their needs
      - Communicate project status and information to clients and internal project team regularly
      - Evaluate client needs and develop configurations that support business processes
      - Execute delivery and implementation plans
      - Test and troubleshoot final system setups
      - Provide training and end-user support during and after implementation
      - Track and resolve client issues in a timely manner
      - Escalate client issues for resolution when necessary

      Qualifications:
      - 5+ years of relevant work experience preferred
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a team
      - Demonstrated excellence in client relationship management and service skills
      - Proficiency in web technologies and various operating systems
      - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Effective organization and follow-up skills
      - Experience working remotely is preferred
      - Willingness to travel for periodic meetings
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience

      Additional Information:
      - All information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
      - Compensation is based on labor costs in different U.S. markets, and factors such as location, skills, experience, and education. The base pay range for this position is listed above.
