      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide end-user support for the Electronic Medical Record System and other clinical applications on a 24/7 basis
      - Respond to support requests via telephone, system shadowing application, or onsite at clinics or hospitals
      - Assist end users with optimizing system functionality at various locations
      - Facilitate training sessions as a proctor or instructor for end users
      - Collaborate with analysts on application and printer testing, as well as support for rollout and implementations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate’s degree in a related field and two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Understanding of medical workflows and terminology
      - Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
      - Must possess sufficient educational background and experience to begin clinical applications analysis, support, and/or programming
      - Must be willing and able to travel to various hospital and clinic locations as required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1 year of experience in a customer service role
      - 1 year of experience with Epic or EHR systems
      - 1 year of experience in technical troubleshooting
      - Experience working in an IT Helpdesk environment utilizing remote support tools and a ticketing system
      - Familiarity with PC hardware/software knowledge
