What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expert support for Epic applications (Cupid, Radiant), resolving complex issues with minimal disruption to workflows
- Execute strategic maintenance for Epic, overseeing updates and identifying optimization opportunities
- Devise and implement advanced solutions to align Epic EHR with progressive healthcare practices
- Manage or co-manage Cupid and Radiant projects, ensuring successful delivery within specified timelines
- Train junior team members, contributing to their professional growth and serving as a mentor
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five years of related experience in clinical applications analysis and programming
- Proven ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for conveying technical information
- Ability to work both independently and within a team-oriented environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Possession of a valid Epic Cupid certification; Epic Radiant certification is highly desirable
- Substantial experience working with Epic Cupid; Epic Radiant experience considered advantageous
- Experience leading projects in a clinical IT environment
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams
- Proven track record of successful project management in a healthcare setting
