What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree in healthcare or related field
- 3-5 years of EHR analyst or consulting experience
- Experience in FQHC/RHC preferred
- Knowledge of medical practice operations and clinical documentation
- Strong project management and communication skills

- Experience with pay-for-performance programs
- Development of training materials and curriculum
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
