      EHR Education Coordinator

      Boulder Community Health, Boulder, CO 80303

      $18.38 - $27.57 an hour - Full-time, Weekdays

      Boulder Community health is seeking an EHR Education Coordinator. The EHR Education Coordinator is responsible for coordinating EHR Access and Education requests to ensure the smooth onboarding of new employees. Coordinates the EHR Education Department training, system/user support, related activities, and data abstraction for EHR Education activities. The coordinator oversees Super User and Specialized CT coordination for education and project activities. Supports the EHR Education team with administrative activities such as updating tip sheets, and other learning materials, printing, and distribution of materials across BCH and its Connect sites. The role works with department management, human resources, IT service desk, analysts, super users, Epic Connect site leadership, and end users, and collaborates with the EHR Education and Informatics teams. Occasional overnight and weekend support may be required.

      Qualifications
      •High School Diploma, or equivalent is required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
      •Prefer experience handling multiple schedules, coordinating group activities, or administrative coordination in large office setting.
      •Two years as a Learning Management System administrator or similar experience in a medical setting preferred.
      Responsibilities
      •Manages EHR education requests and submits IT access requests.
      •Coordinates EHR training.
      •Ensures access tasks are completed in a timely manner to support end users' schedules.
      •Manages all continuing education programs including BCH Specific Epic education, and the EHR Continuing Medical Education program.
      •Assists and helps coordinate in person and virtual training with EHR education staff.
      Knowledge, Skill, and Ability
      •Proficient in, or able to learn HealthStream Learning Management System, Cherwell ticketing system, SmartSheet, Epic UserWeb, SharePoint, and other software as needed.
      •Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
      •Eye for design, with a propensity to create visually appealing documents/spaces.
      •Detail oriented.
      •Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and listening skills.
      •Appropriate telephone and interpersonal skills.
      •Ability to manage changes and work in a fast-paced environment.
      •Ability to prioritize tasks.
      •Able to function independently.
      •Excellent organizational skills.
      •Ability to use discretion and confidentiality in all communications.
