What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support to EHR system users via phone, remote access, and in-person visits
- Research and troubleshoot issues for end users of EHR systems
- Assist with onboarding, orientation, training, and education of newly hired staff
- Develop workflow-related scenarios for EMR training to improve efficiencies
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary groups to implement operational or clinical programs related to EMR software
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Effective communication skills
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks (eCW) and Office 365 is a plus
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Relevant qualifications such as RN, Medical Assistant, STNA, or LPN
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with EMR training and implementation
- Background in clinical workflows and documentation processes
- Participation in continuing education events related to EMR software systems
