      Overview

      This role focuses on managing and optimizing the Pavillio EHR systems while providing cross-functional support and backup across other EHR platforms. This dual-expertise position ensures continuity in system administration during acquisitions and supports ongoing organizational needs.


      Responsibilities

      • EHR System Administration
        • Serve as the primary administrator for Pavillio, managing user access, configuring system settings, and ensuring compliance with organizational data requirements.
        • Assist with generating and compiling reports for operations, compliance, and auditing needs.
        • Monitor and manage system notifications, coordinate updates, and streamline internal communications.
        • Lead advisory councils or user groups, setting agenda items and guiding discussions to align with system and organizational goals.
      • Cross-Training and Support
        • Cross-train with other system administrators to understand core functionalities, configuration needs, and reporting processes.
        • Act as a secondary point of contact for system-related issues, providing support as needed.
        • Assist in data integration tasks during acquisitions by gathering and organizing data in alignment with system requirements.
      • Acquisition and Project Support
        • Collaborate closely with team members to support system integration efforts for newly acquired companies.
        • Participate in the data mapping process to ensure seamless data migration and system setup.
      • General Support and Team Collaboration
        • Engage in proactive communication and remain available for ad-hoc requests from various departments.
        • Provide additional administrative support as organizational needs arise.
        • Collaborate with IT and project teams to distribute and balance workloads, especially during high-impact periods.

        Qualifications

        Required:

        • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially for project-based tasks.
        • Ability to adapt to new processes and cross-train in secondary systems.
        • Excellent communication skills for coordinating across teams and departments.

        Preferred:

        • Experience with EHR systems or similar platforms.
        • Proficiency in managing system settings, user access, and data within software platforms.
        • Familiarity with data migration processes and basic data mapping.
        • Experience working in a healthcare or service-focused organization with a strong compliance and reporting focus.
