Job Description
- Req#: R-18979
- Safety Champion: Support Ipsen’s S3 programme focusing on safety, sustainability, and support.
- Training Facilitator: Deliver induction training sessions to new employees and liaise with external training providers.
- Resource Manager: Monitor and maintain waste collection schedules, first aid equipment, and PPE supplies.
- Record Keeper: Maintain accurate records of incidents and near misses, facilitating corrective actions.
- Compliance Support: Assist in maintaining COSHH and RA databases, and support EHS audits and inspections.
- Communication Specialist: Update site EHS communications and ensure all training is up to date.
- Experience in a similar role or another role focussed on administration.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office applications. Experience with EasiDoc or similar system is highly preferred.
- Highly organised, accountable and a natural communicator.

As EHS Coordinator, you will work in a fast-paced pharma manufacturing environment as part of the EHS team here in Wrexham. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and training support to the EHS team and the wider site. You will play a key part in ensuring safety, sustainability, and support across our operations, contributing to a safer and more efficient workplace.
