What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Reinforce the importance of environmental, health, and safety (EHS) within the organization
- Lead and maintain EHS strategies and objectives, planning and directing complex projects
- Conduct field audits and engage in EHS performance integration with operations
- Develop and maintain EHS programs ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Analyze safety performance measures and documentation in collaboration with field operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in health & safety, Environmental Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 3+ years of EHS experience or elevator technical field experience
- Knowledge of management systems and policies needed to implement an EHS program
- Strong interpersonal, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in EHS within a field service/operations environment
- Broad understanding of EH&S matters in a service environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to navigate construction sites and remote work environments
