  Die Geschäftseinheit Vestas Northern & Central Europe umfasst den Verkauf, die Errichtung und den Service von Vestas Windenergieanlagen in Zentraleuropa. Die Service Abteilung ist hierbeifür die Wartung und Instandhaltung unserer Anlagen verantwortlich. In unserem Streben, die beste Geschäftseinheit innerhalb des Vestas Konzerns zu werden sind Teamarbeit und Kommunikation unser Schlüssel zum Erfolg. Für die Abteilung Service suchen wir einen Dispatcher/Einsatzplaner (m/w/d) für unseren internationalen Bereich im Backoffice für unseren Standort in Husum.

  Deine Aufgaben sind

  • Betreuung der in Deutschland unterstützenden, internationalen Teams
  • Definition der erforderlichen technischen/materiellen, personellen Ressourcen, sowie Sicherstellung dessen Verfügbarkeit. Bündelung und Planung von Serviceaufträgen sowie Zuteilung an die internationalen Serviceteams
  • Termingerechtes Auslösen des Versands notweniger Materialien und Werkzeugen
  • Kommunikation mit unseren internationalen Serviceteams und Field Supervisor, sowie mit anderen Abteilungen

  Diese Qualifikationen bringst Du mit

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  Diese Kompetenzen zeichnen Dich aus

  • Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position von Vorteil
  • EDV Kenntnisse in den gängigen Programmen (MS Office, idealerweise SalcesForce +SAP)
