      Under supervision performs electrocardiographic exams using a variety of ECG equipment and procedures. Performs stress testing using both exercise and pharmacologic modalities. Performs transcription of all dictated ECG interpretations. Assists in maintaining patient information/billing logs and electronic databases. Assists ECG Dept supervisor in carrying out transfers/merges within electronic storage database

      • EKG Technician - Per Diem hours, any day of the week, or any shift as needed; hours per week are not guaranteed.

      Required qualifications:

      • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
      • 1 year of Patient care experience in an acute care setting.
      • Experience in operating standard office equipment

      Preferred qualifications:

      • 2 years of experience in ECG/Stress ECG in an acute hospital care setting.
      • ECG transcription experience.
      • ICD10 coding experience.
      • Experience maintaining electronic patient database.
