- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of instructional design principles
- Familiarity with eLearning development tools such as Adobe Captivate and Lectora
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Understanding of Section 508 requirements
