      - Drive sales and develop new business relationships in the instructional design and eLearning sectors
      - Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
      - Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
      - Maintain and grow existing client accounts through excellent service and follow-up
      - Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position products

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in sales, specifically in instructional design, eLearning, or content development
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
      - Must be located in CT, MI, MO, NY, OK, TN, or VA for remote work

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with eLearning tools and technologies
      - Background in education or training
      - Familiarity with content development processes
      - Previous experience in a B2B sales environment
      - Strong network within the instructional design and education community
