      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support clients in navigating challenges related to electric grid modernization and integration of distributed energy resources (DER)
      - Provide strategic and technical support for utility clients planning the electric grid of the future
      - Prepare and develop analysis, research, reports, presentations, and other deliverables
      - Coordinate within and across teams for complex project engagements
      - Engage with clients during project meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
      - 3+ years of experience in energy consulting, electric distribution utilities, or similar
      - 1+ years of experience in electrical system design and planning/operation of distribution grid infrastructure
      - Strong organizational, technical, written, and verbal communication skills
      - Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a project team

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with power system planning, analysis, and operational technologies
      - Understanding of Advanced Distribution Management Systems (ADMS) and DER Management Systems (DERMS)
      - Familiarity with Virtual Power Plants (VPPs) and grid orchestration
      - Experience working on DER technologies and integration issues in the electric utility industry
      - Master’s degree in engineering, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
