      Electrical Assembly Technician

      Job Description

      Seeking a skilled Electrical Assembly Technician to read and interpret prints, drawings, plans, or job write-ups and apply them to the assembly and/or wiring of all generator set and mechanical job components. Responsibilities include building, assembling, mounting, or otherwise putting together all mechanical components as indicated or directed, assembling and connecting all wiring components, assembly of engines and components, installing bolts and other hardware, wiring of all electrical components both AC and DC, installing and bending conduit, putting wire in conduit, and plumbing of the fuel and oil systems including making fuel pipes using pipe threader.

      Qualifications

      • Using measurement tools
      • Using hand tools and power tools
      • Reading and writing
      • Ability to handle lifting large equipment
      • Ability to lift 50lbs

      Job Type

      This is a Contract to Hire position with a duration of 720 Hour(s).

      Work Environment

      Shop, very well lit. Expect to stand/sit at station for the majority of the day. Occasionally will go outside in all types of weather
