      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide civil engineering assistance throughout project development phases, including planning, design, and construction
      - Offer technical recommendations to project stakeholders, ensuring adherence to standards and building codes
      - Assist in drafting Statements of Work for design-build construction projects, including specifications and standards
      - Review design submittals and project progress, proposing corrective actions as necessary
      - Conduct site visits to verify work progress and compliance with specifications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering design
      - Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field
      - Experience in power transmission, power distribution, outdoor lighting, outdoor camera, and equipment shelter design
      - Proficiency in Adobe Professional, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
      - US citizenship and ability to pass a comprehensive government background investigation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Active/Full U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Background Investigation
      - Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification
      - Certified Construction Manager (CCM) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
      - Experience in construction management and infrastructure maintenance/repair
