What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support to Senior Engineers and other engineering staff on large projects
- Gather, correlate, and analyze specific data using established procedures
- Perform routine engineering tasks to familiarize with the company's methods and practices
- Conduct detailed engineering assignments involving calculations, tests, and analysis
- Identify opportunities for improvement and suggest enhanced methods
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be an undergraduate or graduate electrical engineering major with relevant coursework
- Knowledge of electrical engineering and/or electrical construction is essential
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite software is required
- Experience with AutoCAD software is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience or coursework in renewable energy projects
- Familiarity with environmental regulations related to engineering practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members
