      Location: Remote (Company based in Gainesville, FL)

      Experience: 2–4 years

      About Us:

      We are a growing MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) design and consulting firm based in Gainesville, Florida. Founded by University of Florida alumni, we are a tight-knit team of five engineers delivering high-quality, client-focused solutions across Florida and Georgia. Our projects span healthcare, higher education, research facilities, K-12, churches, and multi-family developments—ranging up to $30 million in value.

      What We’re Looking For:

      We are seeking a motivated Electrical Engineer with a strong design background and 2–4 years of experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is looking for long-term growth, including the opportunity to become a partner with equity in the firm.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Design and layout of electrical systems including lighting, fire alarm systems, gear sizing, and receptacles
      • Collaborate with MEP teams on integrated design solutions
      • Work on healthcare and institutional projects with a focus on code compliance and energy efficiency
      • UseAutoCAD and Revitto develop construction documents
      • Participate in project meetings and client coordination

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
      • 2–4 years of experience in electrical design (MEP)
      • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
      • Experience with healthcare or institutional projects strongly preferred
      • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
      • EIT or PE license is a plus

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $135000.00/yr.
