What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support to field operations regarding relevant codes, processes, standards, and guidelines
- Lead or support technical operations accountabilities such as audits and process improvements
- Assist in emergency response situations and efforts
- Evaluate risks to ensure funding is allocated to impactful projects
- Prepare and approve work packages for engineering modifications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Registered Professional Engineer eligible for registration with EGBC
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with electrical and power systems
- In-depth knowledge of control systems, electrical transmission, and high voltage systems
- Proven experience with large industrial power systems, including substations and electric motor drives
- Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in natural gas power generation and UPS systems
- Familiarity with reliability issues and mitigation strategies in power systems
