Job Description

- Lead the electrical design and development of systems for off-road or industrial equipment.
- Troubleshoot and refine system performance across new builds and model updates.
- Utilize CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks Electrical) to produce wire harness schematics, control panel layouts, and documentation.
- Analyze and improve products from a cost, vendor, and material standpoint.
- Collaborate with vendors and sourcing teams to support material procurement for model changes and prototype builds.
- Interpret and apply test data to verify product functionality and make recommendations for design adjustments.
- Support customer-facing functions including sales and marketing with technical expertise and presentations.
- Work with internal teams to build specialized knowledge of existing system architecture and support future product innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment related to construction equipment, agricultural machinery, or heavy vehicle systems.
- Proficiency with 12- and 24-volt DC systems.
- Working knowledge of CANbus design and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with panel builds, wire harness development, prototyping, and field/system testing.
