What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and plan electrical power systems for various projects
- Provide leadership in prioritizing engineering project team labor
- Interface with code officials, contractors, and clients
- Participate in budgeting, scheduling, and staff management
- Communicate with clients on MEP topics

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience as an MEP Electrical Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent industry experience
- Current Professional Engineering (PE) license required
- Software skills: MS Office, Word, and Excel
- Knowledge of California Energy Code Title 24 and Electric Code

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- REVIT experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and client relationship management experience
- Experience mentoring and training young engineers
- Significant sustainable design experience
- LEED AP BD+C accreditation is highly desired
