- Conduct detailed design of low voltage electrical systems within transition pieces, ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and guidelines. This includes but not limited to electrical panel design, earthing and bonding, cable routing and sizing.
- Work closely with project teams to develop electrical system specifications and design documents
- Develop and implement retrofit solutions to enhance the performance and reliability of electrical systems on the running assets.
- Supporting the organization by providing technical solutions based on hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of industry best practice
- Engage and lead in product improvements and provide optimized solutions for manufacturing and service
- Standardized solution development and documentation
- Internal and external package definition and review
- Total cost of ownership approach throughout the whole product lifetime
- Drive Lessons Learned and knowledge sharing within the organisation
- Work package definition and management with external suppliers
- A bachelor or master degree in electrical engineering
- 3+ years of experience with electrical design, preferably from the offshore wind industry
- You are fluent in English, both in speech and writing

\nAs our new Electrical Engineer you will drive detailed designs to internal and external stakeholders and advice on technical issues related to the design and construction of our secondary structure electrical systems. You will be the lead designer for the electrical outfitting of the foundation.Your main responsibilities include:
