      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical expertise and support for Electrical Equipment Systems within the Engineering Department
      - Assist higher-graded technicians and engineers across various engineering specializations
      - Review design drawings, shipboard systems diagrams, and technical documents for compliance
      - Evaluate contractor configuration management systems and procedures
      - Participate in shipboard test and trials, both dockside and at-sea

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a US Citizen
      - Must be determined suitable for federal employment
      - Must participate in the direct deposit pay program
      - Required to complete a pre-appointment physical examination
      - Must obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous internship or educational experience in Electrical Engineering or related field
      - Familiarity with government contracting processes and documentation
      - Understanding of shipboard systems and electrical equipment
      - Experience with technical writing and documentation review
      - Ability to work effectively in a team environment
