What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee operations and maintenance support for electrical power distribution systems, including high voltage substations and motors
- Lead electrical engineering activities to enhance asset reliability and optimize maintenance costs
- Provide technical guidance on compliance with Local, National, and International Codes and Standards
- Assist in engineering studies, incident investigations, and prepare reports
- Train and mentor field technicians in preventative maintenance and operation of electrical systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of experience with medium/high voltage motors and distribution systems
- Proficient understanding of electrical codes and standards such as IEC, ISA, NEC, and IEEE
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications and Google Suite tools
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel for extended periods with little notice
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of Electrical Engineering experience
- 2 years of Medium Voltage experience
- 5 years of Industrial Operations experience
