- Conduct electrical design and design reviews using Revit software.
- Translate complex electrical engineering concepts into common vernacular for client-facing interactions.

- Design and implement schematic designs, lighting, and power distribution systems.
- Proficiency in Revit for electrical design.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
- Strong client-facing communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Experience in civic design, particularly for prisons, jails, K-12 schools, and the public sector.
- Familiarity with government projects.

Work Environment
You will work on-site five days a week, with occasional site visits required. The standard work hours are from 8 am to 5 pm, with flexibility based on client needs, allowing for variable lunch breaks. The role reports to operations and involves oversight of a small team under 20 people, collaborating with a Lead Electrical Engineer. Celebrating its 75th anniversary, the company is employee-owned, values giving back to the community, and fosters a supportive work culture. A significant celebration in Phoenix is planned, marking the first-time meeting of all four divisions.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $175000.00/yr.
