      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support conceptual through detailed design development for electrical systems, including single line drawings and schematics
      - Manage and execute electrical design projects to meet budget and timeline requirements
      - Assist in business development efforts, including proposal preparation and client interactions
      - Mentor junior engineers and designers in electrical and instrumentation and controls (I&C) design
      - Conduct contractor construction submittal reviews and general electrical design tasks for power systems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS in Electrical Engineering or relevant degree
      - Professional registration or the ability to obtain it within 6 months
      - Minimum of 4 years’ experience as an Electrical Engineer in government, municipal, or industrial projects
      - Experience in electrical power systems design and specifications
      - Solid knowledge of the National Electrical Code and electrical safety systems (NFPA 70E)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 8+ years’ experience as an Electrical Engineer in government, municipal, or industrial projects
      - Experience in the water and wastewater industry
      - Proficiency in power system analysis and modeling software such as SKM and ETAP
