  About the Role

  Do you love numbers, details, and the thrill of a well-won bid? Are you the kind of person who gets a little too excited about clean spreadsheets and supplier negotiations? We’re looking for an Electrical Estimator who’s equal parts analytical and collaborative to join our Vancouver office.

  You’ll spend most of your time (about 90%) diving into takeoffs, writing killer proposals, and working your supplier magic. The rest? Building relationships and following up like a pro.

  ️What You’ll Be Doing

  • Crunching numbers and creating accurate takeoffs using our software
  • Writing clear, compelling proposals that win projects
  • Negotiating with suppliers and making sure we get the best deals
  • Tracking bids, wins, and losses like a champ
  • Supporting project managers with change orders and cost breakdowns
  • Keeping everything organized in our systems (Knowify & MBP)
  • Sending out weekly tender follow-ups and reports

  What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience in electrical estimating (you’ve done this before and you’re good at it)
  • Strong attention to detail and a love for process
  • Solid communication skills—written and verbal
  • Bonus points if you’ve used Livecount

  Who You’ll Work With

  You’ll be part of a small but mighty office team (5 in the office, 49 in the field), working closely with our estimator in Alberta. Our admin and coordinator have your back, and our PMs are collaborative and easy to work with. We’re all about teamwork, clear communication, and getting the job done right.
