      Job Summary

      To apply Maintenance knowledge and tools to deliver the results within their own specialist area and work with the line managers to achieve overall process and factory KPIs.

      What you will do

      • Breakdown root cause analysis and eradication actions execution,
      • Plan and Execute TBM/CBM activities in area of her/his responsibility by using of SAP-PM module,
      • Spare part stock follows up and Purchasing Process,
      • Follow up of maintenance operations reporting,
      • Execution of requests from Maintenance Manager,
      • Follow-up and execution of all performance parameters in process under his/her responsibility,
      • Perform root cause analysis using WCM techniques in order to eradicate problems,
      • Evaluate and prioritize PM/AM activities, communicate with cell members,
      • Ensuring implementation of fundamental rules related to quality and safety,
      • Escalation of important information regarding any major loss or emergency on higher level (Maintenance Manager, Safety Manager, etc.),
      • Continuously benchmark with other factories to align with “Best Practice”, active participation to Cluster maintenance network teams,
      • Drive the yearly investment allocation and then continuously follow up the project installations and implementations according to plan,
      • Mentoring the WCM teams/improvement projects ensuring the right use of advanced techniques,
      • Follow-up and execution of all performance parameters in process under his/her responsibility,
      • Use digital tools to make step-change improvements in equipment reliability and condition monitoring and predictive maintenance & condition based maintenance.

      We believe you have

      • Electrical / Electronic Engineering or Automation Engineering degree,
      • At least 3-5 years experience in manufacturing environment of strong continuous improvement culture in similar organization/operations,
      • Strong knowledge of PLC and Automation,
      • Mechanical systems knowledge is a plus,
      • A solid understanding of computer programming & software development will be an advantage,
      • Computer & Operational Technology knowledge is a must,
      • Knowledge of Power Apps and Power BI programming is a plus,
      • Knowledge of mathematical modelling programs such as Simulink - Artificial Intelligence and Neural Networks Toolbox is a plus,
      • WinCC Flexible, WinCC Scada HMI and Motors-Drives knowledge is a plus,
      • Ability to have high voltage system responsibility is a plus,
      • Understanding of low voltage electrical projects,
      • Good communication & Interpersonal skills with ability to positively influence others,
      • Candidates should have deep analytical thinking and be digitally curious,
      • Commitment to quality with high personal drive to performance,
      • Self driven and have a pro-active approach,
      • Posses strong analytical and logical skills,
      • Fluency in spoken and written Turkish and English,
      • Knowledge of safety and hygiene principals.
