      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist area maintenance teams with reliability and maintenance issues on various electrical equipment including PLCs, VFDs, and motors
      - Lead the implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance practices, including non-destructive testing and infrared analysis
      - Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams for troubleshooting and resolving multi-discipline reliability issues
      - Participate in project design review meetings and ensure compliance with safety regulations
      - Maintain a positive working relationship with various internal and external partners to support operational goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Completion of an approved electrical apprenticeship program or a 2-year electrical technical/vocational degree with 7+ years of applicable electrical experience
      - Strong electrical maintenance skills and experience, particularly in preventive and predictive maintenance technologies
      - Proven problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills
      - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Ability to work independently with limited supervision

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
      - Experience with communication equipment and relay testing
      - Familiarity with power distribution transformers and Arc Flash studies
