What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist area maintenance teams with reliability and maintenance issues on electrical equipment
- Lead implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance best practices
- Collaborate with various teams to resolve multi-discipline reliability issues
- Perform technical support for installation, calibration, and repair of electronic equipment
- Participate in project design review meetings and emergency response duties
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Completion of an approved electrical apprenticeship program or a 2-year electrical technical/vocational degree with 7+ years of applicable electrical experience
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proven electrical maintenance skills and experience in preventive and predictive maintenance technologies
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
- Experience with communication equipment and relay testing
- Knowledge of power distribution transformers and arc flash studies
- Strong background in oil/gas pipeline operations
