- Will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and rebuilding electrically in the following areas: PLC, Relay logic, control systems, automated cells, sensors, cables, drive fault, power supply, CNC, Automation, Robotics, encoders and scales, 3 phase motors, wiring, etc...
- Will connect a laptop function to the machine, diagnose and troubleshoot, and repair.
- Company has a MMS system that will generate work orders for maintenance team. Contractor will be given a computer/tablet to log work orders and maintenance performed. Utilize value stream of machinery to determine priority for repair.
- Ability to electrically diagnosis, troubleshoot and repair CNC equipment independently
- Ability to use various controls
- Machine Repair
- Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED typically required
- 5+ years of relevant experience required and must have previous manufacturing experience working as a CNC Repair Tech
- Certified Electrician
- Associate Degree in Industrial Automation
- Experience working with larger parts that required the use of overhead cranes
- Experience using chains and straps to safely move parts

P&H Cranes/Hoists, conveyors, furnaces, large part washers, ABB robots, CNC machine tools
Controllers to repair: CNC and PLC equipment with Fanuc, Siemens, Allen Bradley, Modicon, Indramat
AC/DC analog and digital drives; sensors, cables, wiring, drive faults, end coders
480V and below
