- Read and modify Ladder Logic using Allen-Bradley systems.
- Perform industrial maintenance (1+ years experience or equivalent military training).
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Conduct basic electrical troubleshooting up to 24 volts.
- Use a meter for diagnostics and perform routine maintenance tasks like replacing cylinders, airlines, motors, and wiring switches.
- Tackle complex projects, including PLC troubleshooting, fabrication, and high-pressure problem-solving.
- Ladder Logic reading and modifications.
- Experience with Allen-Bradley systems.
- Industrial or military maintenance experience.
- Hydraulic and pneumatic system expertise.
- Basic electrical troubleshooting (up to 24 volts).
- Ability to read and use a meter.
- Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting, motors, robotics, and preventive maintenance.

We are looking for an Off-Shift Electrical Controls Technician to join our team. This role focuses on industrial maintenance and troubleshooting, with an emphasis on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

Work Environment & Schedule
This role is in a 3-shift automotive seat manufacturing facility, operating robotic welders across 15 production lines. We have four openings on a 12-hour 2-2-3 shift (5:30 PM – 5:30 AM). Flexibility to work weekends and up to 60 hours per week is required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $72800.00/yr.
