  Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Technician

  We are looking for an Off-Shift Electrical Controls Technician to join our team. This role focuses on industrial maintenance and troubleshooting, with an emphasis on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

  
  

  Key Responsibilities

  • Read and modify Ladder Logic using Allen-Bradley systems.
  • Perform industrial maintenance (1+ years experience or equivalent military training).
  • Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Conduct basic electrical troubleshooting up to 24 volts.
  • Use a meter for diagnostics and perform routine maintenance tasks like replacing cylinders, airlines, motors, and wiring switches.
  • Tackle complex projects, including PLC troubleshooting, fabrication, and high-pressure problem-solving.

  Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Ladder Logic reading and modifications.
  • Experience with Allen-Bradley systems.
  • Industrial or military maintenance experience.
  • Hydraulic and pneumatic system expertise.
  • Basic electrical troubleshooting (up to 24 volts).
  • Ability to read and use a meter.
  • Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting, motors, robotics, and preventive maintenance.

  Work Environment & Schedule

  This role is in a 3-shift automotive seat manufacturing facility, operating robotic welders across 15 production lines. We have four openings on a 12-hour 2-2-3 shift (5:30 PM – 5:30 AM). Flexibility to work weekends and up to 60 hours per week is required.

  Pay and Benefits

  The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $72800.00/yr.
